MoveUP union welcomes workers at La Société de développement économique de la Colombie-Britannique

MoveUP is pleased to announce that the workers at La Société de développement économique de la Colombie-Britannique (SDÉCB) have joined our union.

The SDÉCB joins a growing list of non-profit organizations whose staff are represented by MoveUP, which includes the likes of the David Suzuki Foundation, Greenpeace Canada, Pivot Legal Society, and Salal Sexual Violence Support Centre among many others.

“We are thrilled to welcome the workers at SDÉCB into our union,” said MoveUP President Annette Toth. “The workers at SDÉCB care deeply about the work they do to support BC francophones in their career aspirations, and we care just as deeply about ensuring these workers will have strong representation and respectful working conditions moving forward.”
