MoveUP – 2018 General Elections – Contested Positions

To: All MoveUP Members
The deadline for nominations to fill the positions of President, Secretary-Treasurer, and Executive Board members was 4:30pm on August 17, 2018.
Of the total 17 positions up for election, one position remains vacant while the other 16 positions will go to elections.

The candidates facing elections will have access to the voters list. If your workplace is on the list of contested positions, your candidates may be contacting you to ask for your vote.
Online voting, through the MoveUP Member Portal, will be open to all members by September 11, 2018 and will be closed at 4:30pm on Thursday, September 27, 2018.
If you have not yet registered for the Member Portal, please click here to view the information on how to register. You must register for the Member Portal in order to cast your electronic ballot.
Upon completion of the election, newly elected officers will be sworn in and take office on October 1, 2018. The three (3) vice-presidents will be elected by the delegates at the MoveUP Convention taking place from November 1 to 3, 2018.
