CCCU – Wage Progression from MSR 1 to MSR 2

Article 11.01 and Article 11.4 of the collective agreement permits the employer to advance an employee to the next step before having the required service and establishes a promotional increase minimum. The Letter of Agreement further describes an early transition between Member Service Representative 1 and Member Service Representative 2, should members successfully complete all the requirements prior to their 12^th month or 200^th day.
