Please be advised that the ballots were verified on June 3, 2026 by the MoveUP Returning Officer.
The MoveUP members at IBEW 213 Group of Companies voted in favour of accepting the proposed terms of settlement.
The results are as follows:
Accept Proposed Terms of Settlement: 22
Reject Proposed Terms of Settlement: 5
Spoiled Ballots: 0
Total Ballots Cast: 27
We will update the collective agreement with the agreed changes and once both parties review and sign we will provide a copy to the membership. A copy of the Memorandum of Agreement and the collective agreement can also be found on our website.
