MoveUP and USW2009 Host the 10th Annual Bob Derby Golf Tournament – Friday, July 31, 2026

The 10th Annual Bob Derby Memorial Charity Golf Tournament takes place on Friday, July 31, 2026.

This year we are excited to take our tournament to the Northview Golf & Country Club, an Arnold Palmer Signature Course and a PGA Tour Quality Course. We are also excited to welcome on board the Courtnall Society for Mental Health, joining The Union Protein Project and HeadsUpGuys as our charitable beneficiaries.

Our fun-filled event, held annually in memory and celebration of the late former MoveUP Vice-President and our dear friend, Bob Derby, features 18 holes with driving cart, a driving range warm-up, lunch on the course, a buffet dinner, and lots of incredible prizes.

This tournament will be sold out quickly. To make sure you get a spot, please register as soon as possible.

To maximize our donation to our charitable beneficiaries, we are offering the option for you to pay by e-transfer. You can also pay by credit card or through funds in your Paypal account.

Please note: Paying by e-transfer requires a second step after you have filled out the registration form. See below for more details. If you are paying by e-transfer, we must receive your payment within 48 hours of your registration.

If paying by e-transfer

Please e-transfer your payment to etransfer@moveuptogether.ca. In the memo field, please indicate that your payment is for the Bob Derby Golf tournament, whether you are paying for a foursome, pair or single, as well as include the last names of all the players if known. For example, your memo field may look like this: “BD Golf, foursome, Picard, Riker, Crusher, Troi.”

Please also send an email to hbrommeland@moveuptogether.ca to indicate you have made your e-transfer payment so we can look out for it. You can also reconfirm the information that you put in the memo field so it makes it easier for us to match up the payment. (Golfers who are registering foursomes or pairs are asked to please also send us the name of your other participants when emailing).

*Note: You may still receive automated messages from our system asking you for a payment. You can ignore these messages. Once we receive your e-transfer, we will update your registration manually.

Early bird (on or before May 31):
$325 for current and retired MoveUP or USW 2009 members
$375 for non-members

Special Foursome Price – $1200 until May 31st only – THIS MUST BE A SINGLE PAYMENT (in other words, one of your team members must make this payment in full rather than having four people send partial payments directly to us. (If you purchase a foursome and pay via credit card, we will reach out to you to confirm your participant details).

After May 31:
$375 for current and retired MoveUP or USW 2009 members
$425 for non-members
Foursome – $1400
