PrairieCoast – Bargaining Update # 5
October 17, 2022
All MoveUP members at PrairieCoast Equipment Inc.
Your Bargaining Committee met with your employer on October 13 and 14, 2022 to continue negotiations. We were able to conclude discussions on most non-monetary proposals which put us in a position to table our monetary proposals.
The committee and your employer engaged in an initial conversation around the proposals and now your employer will be conducting their analysis before the parties come together to meet again, which is scheduled for October 28, 2022.
We are getting close to the finish line! You can expect that when we reach a tentative agreement, a membership meeting will be scheduled to review the deal prior to a ratification vote. We are at a critical point in negotiations so please continue to support your bargaining committee.
