Solidarity 35

On July 7, 1983, the Social Credit government in B.C. introduced a budget and 26 pieces of legislation which attacked the rights of labour and existing services and programs. The Solidarity Movement was a response to that mobilizing hundreds of thousands around the province to protest the government’s actions.
