Students Organise a National Day of Action on February 1st

Via the Canadian Federation of Students:

Students and community members will participate in rallies and actions across the country on Wednesday, February 1, to reduce tuition fees, drop student debt and increase education funding.

Tuition fees in Canada are higher than they ever have and student debt is soaring at above $15 billion. Students are demanding affordable education and a national vision for post-secondary education in Canada.

Students will be available to comment in the next two days on the Education is a Right campaign and on events being organised on February 1.
