Xylem – Tentative Agreement Reached

To: All MoveUP members at Xylem

We are pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative collective agreement with your employer. The tentative agreement includes:

  • 3-year agreement with 4%, 4% and 3.75% and signing bonus of $750.00
  • Increase to sick leave from 9 days to 10 days
  • Increases to mental health practitioner and acupuncture and dental plan coverage
  • Expansion of definition of immediate family in bereavement leave clause
  • Increase to achieve 5 weeks of vacation sooner and addition to 6 weeks of paid vacation with additional years of service

The parties agree to unanimously recommend acceptance of this Memorandum of Agreement to their respective principals.  You can view the Memorandum of Agreement here.

More information about the ratification vote will be sent when it is available.
