VantageOne Credit Union – Bargaining Update 3

To All MoveUP Members at VOCU
First off, we hope that you are all doing well and continuing to keep yourselves healthy.
Your bargaining committee met with the employer for two days on July 21 and 22, 2020. These meetings were held virtually to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
Over the course of these 2 days, the parties discussed the outstanding proposals which were predominantly monetary in nature and agreed on the requirement for additional bargaining dates in order to achieve a fair and reasonable collective agreement for you. We have scheduled the next set of dates for September 8, 9 and 10, 2020.
We will update you as we progress through the bargaining process.
