March 18, 2022
To: All MoveUP members at TST-CF
We are pleased to announce that your union and your employer have come to terms on a transition agreement for all our newest members to join our existing collective agreement at TST-CF Express.

- Standardized wage scales for each classification
- Pay direct Drug Benefits Card
- Additional statutory holidays for Ontario (Family Day & Civic Holiday) and Quebec (St. Jean Baptiste Day & Day After New Year’s)
As you are now part of our collective agreement, you will also be entitled to all the benefits that we have negotiated for all MoveUP members at TST-CF Express including:
- Increased vacation days plus as additional 0.5% annual earnings earned (Article 9)
- Shift differential of $0.75 per hour (Article 7)
- Wage increases for working a higher classification (Article 12)
- Overtime rate increases from 1.5x to 2x after two hours (Article 7)
- General wage increases of 2% (collective bargaining)
- Company pension plan (Article 12)
- Health and Welfare benefits (Appendix B)
- Sick leave benefits (Appendix B)
- Severance (Article 14)
- Job Security
Now that this agreement is in place, we ask that you review and take action on these next steps to ensure you receive everything you are entitled to and you make the most of your union membership:
- Review the transition agreement package
- Review your collective agreement
- Review the statutory holiday letter of understanding
- Check your pay to ensure that you have received your wage increase or applicable bonus (these should be processed on the pay period in April)
- Check your pay to ensure your new pay rate reflects the negotiated increase of 2% (this is separate from the wage increase you may receive related to your classification)
- Sign up on MoveUP’s Member Portal. The Member Portal allows you to access key information about your membership, including any open grievances and a key contact of people in your workplace. You can learn more and sign up here.
