PrairieCoast – Bargaining Update # 2

Your bargaining committee met with your employer on August 25^th and 26^th, 2022 to continue collective bargaining. During this meeting, your committee reviewed and discussed many counterproposals presented by your employer.

The focus for these two days was on coming to agreement in principle on non-monetary language. There was a lot of discussion back and forth with your employer and we were able to make progress in agreeing upon amendments to our original proposals. We expect that we will likely begin to talk about monetary items during the next set of bargaining dates.
