***REMINDER***
In preparation for 2022 bargaining, we want to get your opinions on priorities and issues you would like to see addressed at the bargaining table. Accordingly, we have set up a bargaining survey. Please access this survey via this link: ICBC Bargaining Survey 2022
This survey covers a range of issues. Please take a few minutes of your personal time to fill out this survey and outline your priorities. The results will form the basis of our proposals. Please make sure you have completed the survey by 4:30pm on February 11, 2022. Your bargaining committee will then meet to begin assessing the results. In addition to the survey, your bargaining committee has been conducting focus groups with job stewards since December of last year and they will continue this week.
Once we have a full suite of proposals and have established a timeline for bargaining, we will be in touch with you regarding the next steps.
