ICBC – Workload Complaint Updates

Thanks to member feedback and participation, workload complaints have now been filed for both the Claims Adjuster and Senior Support and Recovery Specialist positions.

For the Claims Adjuster Workload Complaint, a committee has been struck and the first meeting was held on November 18^th, 2024. The Union appointees are Missy Besanger (Chair), Surinder Cheema, Rajeev Kochhar, and Feroz Shah (Alternate). Your Employer appointed Desiree Fairfax, Kelly Beaton and Ajith Mathew as management representatives on the committee.

The committee is governed by LOU18 of the collective agreement and has decided to meet every other week, with the next meeting being on December 4^th. If you have any questions or recommendations for the committee, please reach out to the Chair, Missy Besanger at missybesanger@gmail.com, or one of the other committee members.

For the Senior Support and Recovery Specialist Workload Complaint, the committee is in the process of being selected. More information will be provided as available.

Once again, thank you to the members who have participated in the complaints for coming forward and sharing their feedback, and to the appointed committee members who are dedicating their valuable time and energy to advocating for improvements to workload.
