ICBC – Still time to support the United Way campaign! Campaign closes October 31

To: All MoveUP members at ICBC
This year’s annual ICBC campaign in support of the United Way will wrap up on October 31 which means you still have a few more days left to support this amazing cause.
The campaign officially launched on October 11, and we know many of you have already participated in events at your worksite and virtually, donating what you can to make this year another success.
The United Way campaign is very close to the hearts of our MoveUP members and ICBC staff, helping to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars each year to support them and the work they do in communities across BC.
The United Way of British Columbia serves over 4 million people focusing on urgent response, including supporting those affected by wildfires and floods, children and youth, seniors, those living in poverty, experiencing mental health challenges, and food insecurity.
For over four decades, the Canadian Labour Congress has been a partner with the United Way, ensuring workers and working families can access social and public services that are accessible, universal and of the highest quality in our communities.
If you have not had a chance to donate, I encourage you to do so before Tuesday’s deadline. Head to the homepage of the Hub for more information.
For those of you who have already donated, and who will donate more between now and the campaign’s conclusion, thank you so much for your generosity. This campaign is only successful because of how giving all of you are and your dedication and commitment to helping people in our communities and our province.
I also want to send a special thank you to all the volunteers at ICBC who have dedicated their time, enthusiasm, and energy to make this year’s campaign a triumph!
