ICBC – Ratification Results
June 2, 2023
To: All MoveUP members at ICBC
Please be advised that the ballots were verified on June 2, 2023 by the MoveUP Returning Officer.
The MoveUP members at ICBC voted in favour of accepting the proposed terms of settlement.
The results are as follows:
Accept Proposed Terms of Settlement: 1987
Reject Proposed Terms of Settlement: 221
Spoiled Ballots: 0
Total Ballots Cast: 2208
We will update the collective agreement with the agreed changes and once both parties review and sign we will provide a copy to the membership. A copy of the Memorandum of Agreement and the collective agreement can also be found on our website.
The corporation has confirmed that they are working toward the July 14 pay date for your July 1, 2022 retro pay and July 28 pay date for your July 2023 retro pay and that they will advise if any complications arise with this schedule.
