ICBC Claim Specialists Enhanced Care Canvas

To: All Claims Specialists at ICBC

ICBC has begun another round of canvassing Claim Specialists over into Enhanced Care as per Letter of Understanding (LOU) 34, pages 204-209 of our collective agreement.

We have received inquiries about obtaining a seniority list and we have brought this forward to the employer. The employer has advised us that your direct manager will have a list and can let you know where you are in seniority.

We encourage you to reach out to your direct manager to review your seniority prior to making the decision regarding the canvas.
