As you know, your employer has applied under Section 78 for a final offer vote.
The employer is making you vote on the same offer. They have changed the document to make it look different, but it is the same offer.

2016 – 0%
2017 – 0%
2018 – $16.00 and over 1%, $16.00 and under – 2%
2019 – $16.00 and over – 1%, $16.00 and under – 2%
Your last wages increase was in 2010 and you received 1%.
Great Canadian share price: January 2010 – $7.55 per share, September 2017 – $35.00 per share.
They can afford a wage increase!
Please do not be fooled. This is the same offer as the one you voted and rejected by 76%.
The Union is recommending you vote No to this offer. Please send a clear message to the employer and vote No!
