Enterprise – Management Personnel performing bargaining unit work

Your union continues to deal with open grievances and ongoing complaints involving non-bargaining unit employees performing bargaining unit work in violation of the Collective Agreement.

To address the matter the employer and the union have been working together to create a form that members can fill out when they observe non-bargaining unit employees performing bargaining unit work.(attached here)

Please complete the attached form each and every time you witness non-bargaining unit members performing bargaining unit work.

Once you have completed the form immediately forward it to your Union Representative for review.

Timeliness is an important factor when submitting these forms to your Union Representative for investigation, therefore we request forms be sent through email, picture text or dropping the form off to the union office as soon as possible after the incident occurs.

We appreciate your ongoing support and assistance as we continue to deal with this matter.
