CCCU Bargaining Update #3

In light of the steady changing status of COVID-19, the parties have agreed to suspend the next round of collective bargaining discussions. The previously scheduled bargaining (March 19 and 20, 2020) did not occur. Your health and safety is our top priority. We are committed to resuming discussions as soon as practical.
Over the past weeks, all of our lives have been impacted by the spread of the coronavirus. As the situation evolves, your Union has continued to inquire about their response plan for you. Your Employer confirms that the recommendations of public health officials and government agencies are followed. Your Employer is doing all that is possible for you and community to remain protected, while continuing to serve customers’ financial services needs. These are unprecedented times, and your understanding and patience is absolutely valued. We are in this together and will provide updates as soon as we can.
