Black Top Cabs Workplace Concerns and Joint Health & Safety Committee

We want to thank the members who managed to join with us virtually on Tuesday, March 22, 2022. If you did not get to participate, we encourage you to reach out about your workplace concerns, especially, bargaining. Subsequent to our discussion, we have contacted the employer in an effort to address:

1. Ventilation and indoor air quality
2. Ergonomic equipment
3. Inappropriate storage

In pursuant of Article 17.08 of collective agreement, we hope to re-establish a Joint Health and Safety Committee. If you are interested in becoming a worker representative, please contact Christy Slusarenko, your Vice President.
