BCH & Powertech – Ratification Vote Details
March 12, 2020
To: All MoveUP Members at BCH and Powertech

The tentative agreement concluded between MoveUP and BC Hydro and Powertech can be found here.
Due to concerns over COVID-19, also referred to as the coronavirus, MoveUP has decided not to hold ratification meetings.
In place of ratification meetings, we will be conducting a telephone town hall meeting. The telephone town hall will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 7:15 p.m. to give members the opportunity to ask any questions they may have regarding the tentative agreement.
A separate bulletin will follow with details on the telephone town hall.
Ratification of the tentative agreement will be conducted through mail-in ballots. Ballots will be sent out on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 and must be returned to our union’s office by 4 p.m. on April 8, 2020.
