BC Transit – Mandatory Vaccine Policy Grievance Update   

MoveUP advanced the mandatory vaccination policy grievance to stage 2 of the grievance procedure.  A meeting was held on May 10th to discuss the grievance.

On June 2nd BC Transit formally denied the grievance. Letter attached here.

The grievance has now been advanced to stage 3 and legal counsel has been engaged.  We will keep you informed as to any updates with the grievance.
