ICBC – Employee Opinion Survey

To: All MoveUP members at ICBC
Dear members,
In the coming weeks, ICBC will be launching another Employee Opinion Survey (EOS). We strongly encourage you to take some time in your workday to complete the upcoming survey and provide honest and forthright answers to their questions.
Completion of the survey should be done during your work hours. If you need time scheduled away from your regular work to complete the survey, please arrange this with your manager.
As your union, we understand your frustrations with ICBC. Completing the survey is your opportunity to share your concerns directly with them. As an employee, this is your chance to share your experience and thoughts with the decision makers who need to hear how their ideas and plans affect you – the people that perform the work. Whether implemented changes improved or negatively impacted your day-to-day job, they want to hear the truth.
Once the survey is launched, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your job steward if you have any questions or concerns.
