(EC areas #1434 & #1435 are members employed at BCGEU at Burnaby HQ, Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley).

Term Ending: April 30, 2029

This is to inform you that as a result of the recent election to fill the vacant executive councillor positions for areas EC #1434 -#1435, the deadline for electronic balloting was 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

Balloting results were verified by the undersigned.

  • Athina Leung has been elected for EC Area # 1434
  • Liam Kennedy-Slaney has been elected for EC Area # 1435
