MoveUP is pleased to offer all retired member a free, ongoing subscription to our Local Voice magazine as well as provide Associate Membership for those who want to continue actively participating in our union following retirement.

An ongoing subscription to the Local Voice is free, but you must fill out the form below to confirm.

About Associate Membership

There is a $20 per month fee to be a MoveUP Associate Member. In addition to receiving the Local Voice, you will also be invited to continuing accessing MoveUP social events and networking events, as well as have the ability to:

Attend MoveUP council meetings and COPE SEPB Conventions as an observer with the consent of the chair;
Be appointed, at the discretion of the president, to labour councils, or to the Canadian Labour Congress and BC Federation of Labour conventions;
Attend MoveUP functions on the same basis as regular members; and
Serve on committees of MoveUP.

How to make a payment

There are four methods to make a payment to keep your associate membership dues up to date.

The preferred method is to make an e-transfer payment to etransfer@moveuptogether.ca. Please ensure that the account you are making a payment from matches your name, or you indicate your name in the memo section so we can apply your payment appropriately.
You can set up direct payments to MoveUP through your online banking (available through credit unions only).
You can make payments through the PayPal portal on our website.
You can send post-dated cheques to MoveUP’s office.
