BCAA – Service Locations – Bargaining Committee Voting
February 23, 2026
To: All MoveUP members at BCAA Service Locations
Your union is seeking for your support in electing two of the following candidates to form your bargaining committee for this year’s contract negotiations.
Bargaining committees are elected or appointed positions that represent all members within your area of work. Generally comprised of Job Stewards, the committee members will provide valuable insights into the workplace, highlight workplace issues, and needs. The committee members advocate on behalf of the members during negotiations.
We have now finalized the candidates list, and it is as follows alphabetically:
Amber Kuester – Chilliwack BCAA
Elena Novozhilova – Port Coquitlam BCAA
Terry Krenz – Chilliwack BCAA
Voting will be done via Survey Monkey and will be open Monday, February 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., until Friday, February 27, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Results will be announced shortly after voting closes.
We will send you the online vote link in a separate email to your home email address and will have an opportunity to vote for the candidate in their constituency.
