ICBC – Bargaining Update #3

To: All MoveUP members at ICBC
Your bargaining committee met with ICBC again on January 8 and 15, to continue negotiations.
On these days the parties exchanged a number of counter proposals on non-monetary items and engaged in some discussions around topics important to the membership including work from home, AI and lateral transfers.
There is no doubt that there is still a lot of discussion that needs to be had around non-monetary items. Unfortunately, your Employer is not available to bargain at all in February and therefore the next dates the Parties will be coming together are March 17 and 18, 2026.
What’s Next?
The Parties will be coming together to bargain on the following dates:

March 31 & April 1, 2026
April 14, 15, 2026
May 6, 7, 2026
May 27, 2026
June 1, 3, 2026
June 16, 17, 18, 2026
June 22, 23, 2026
We are still planning to hold a telephone town hall for all members in the coming weeks. Details on this will be forthcoming once a date has been confirmed.
