Coast Mountain Bus – Bargaining Committee Election Revote – Important Update

To: All MoveUP members at Coast Mountain Bus
Thank you to everyone who has participated in the bargaining committee election so far.
We have identified an issue with the current online voting process that may allow multiple votes to be cast using the same link. To ensure the integrity and fairness of the election, the current SurveyMonkey ballot will be closed.
A new ballot will be issued using SurveyMonkey’s secure voting system. Each eligible member will receive a unique voting link directly from SurveyMonkey to their home email address. This link can only be used once. Please note that this email may appear in your spam or promotions folder, so we encourage you to check there if you do not see it in your inbox.
When you receive the new voting email, all members will need to re-cast their vote, even if you have already voted using the previous link.
Voting will reopen shortly, and the revised voting deadline will be communicated in the follow-up email.
