Seaspan ULC – Bargaining Update #3

Your bargaining committee has met with the employer on two separate occasions to date. The first meeting was on October 20 and the second meeting was on November 3.

The parties have exchanged proposals and have signed off on some of the non-monetary items. Another bargaining date has been scheduled for November 17 with some tentative dates in December. We will also be looking to book some more dates in January 2026 if required.

Your bargaining committee will keep you updated as things progress.
