Seaspan ULC – Bargaining Update #2

To: All MoveUP members at Seaspan ULC

Your union served notice to bargain to the employer on May 6, 2025. At the same time, along with the notice to bargain, we also sent a request for disclosure of information. Seaspan ULC has provided some of the information to date, with more expected to come soon.

Your union has been prepared to commence bargaining since May and we now have tentative bargaining dates scheduled for September 24 and 25, 2025 with your employer.

We will keep you updated as bargaining progresses.
