Schneider Electric – Tentative Agreement Reached
October 22, 2024
To: All MoveUP members at Schneider Electric
We are pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative collective agreement with your employer, with no concessions. The tentative agreement includes:
- 3 year agreement with full retroactivity from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2027 as follows:
Effective April 1, 2024 4.00% increase to all categories
Effective April 1, 2025 4.00% increase to all categories
Effective April 1, 2026 4.00% Increase to all Categories
- General Housekeeping Throughout the Agreement
- No Contracting Out and Exclusions from the Bargaining Unit
- Improved Right of Representation language
- National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
- Improved Maternity Parental and Adoption Leave
- Improved Layoff and Recall language
The parties agree to unanimously recommend acceptance of this Memorandum of Agreement to their respective principals.
A membership meeting has been scheduled, to discuss the Memorandum of Agreement, as follows:

How you vote:
The ratification vote will be conducted online through Simply Voting. Your bargaining committee is recommending acceptance of the tentative agreement.
