BC Civil Liberties Association – Tentative Agreement Ratified

To: All MoveUP Members at BCCLA
Further to the bulletin last week advising that the membership at BCCLA has ratified the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), we have now received confirmation that the Agreement has also been ratified by your employer.
All entitlements listed in the MOA become effective at the date of ratification, including all wage increases.
Once our office has the collective agreement drafted, both parties will be required to proofread and sign it, however the agreement is in effect as of today. For reference, the MOA is posted on our website at www.moveuptogether.ca. To find the MOA click on Your Workplace, then BCCLA, and on the blue bar to the right you will see a link to the MOA.
