Convention 2024 Expression of Interest Form

Please complete the form below to express your interest in being a delegate at MoveUP’s Convention 2024.

The deadline to complete the form is 4:30 p.m. PT on Friday, July 12, 2024.

Note for Executive Board Members and Executive Councillors: While executive councillors are the automatic primary delegate to Convention, you must complete the Express of Interest form on this page to indicate if you are able to attend or not. If you do not fill out the form by the deadline, we will assume you are unable to attend and will fill your spot with an alternate delegate as permitted. There are no exceptions!

Note for Job Stewards & General Members: Filling out this form does not guarantee a spot at Convention 2024. If a spot becomes available that matches your EC area, you will be notified to confirm your registration.

A copy of the form will be emailed to you after you have submitted it.

Note regarding clothing size options: The gendered-language in the clothing size options is a reflection of the manufacturer’s sizing guide. Please note that the specifications on the sizing guide are garment specs and not body measurements. If comparing with body measurements, choose a size 2-4 inches larger on the chart depending on desired fit (i.e. if your body chest measures 39, you would choose 41 to 43 on the chart.
