CNS – Final Pay

To: All MoveUP Members at CNS
We have received reports that members have not received their retention, severance and performance bonus on their paycheque this cycle. We reviewed the adjustment plan and can confirm that the negotiated bonuses will be processed on the pay cycle following your final date of employment, which is the next pay cycle.
Please keep record of my e-mail address in case there are any discrepancy on your final pay, and we will resolve the matter directly with the employer on your behalf. You can reach me at nbeausoleil@moveuptogether.ca.
It’s been an honour representing you at CNS throughout the years. I can only hope that the longer winddown has provided ample time for you all to find better opportunities elsewhere. It is incredibly unfortunate that Intact has chosen to winddown CNS as a result of the acquisition, but I wanted to thank you for your hard work to the clients of CNS, and your solidarity to each other.
We wish you all of the success in your future opportunities, and hopefully we see each other again soon.
