BCGEU 2023 Workload Survey

To: All MoveUP members at BCGEU
As you are likely aware we have been meeting as a workload committee since our last round of collective bargaining in hope of resolving your workload issues. As we head into our next round of bargaining it is critical for us to be fully equipped with data to bring to the Employer that expresses your experiences and frustrations with increased workload. This is why we have decided to put out one more brief survey.
Please complete the online workload survey with your experiences over the past year and what you are currently experiencing in your work location. We will send you the on-line survey link in a separate email to your home email address. By completing this survey prior to the deadline of January 17, 2023, you will assist your workload committee in addressing the areas that are a concern to you and/or you feel need updating.
