Bargaining
ICBC – Bargaining – Update #4
November 15, 2022
To: All MoveUP members at ICBC
Your bargaining committee continued discussions regarding many of the non-monetary proposals on November 8 & 9. We continued discussions on workload, casual employees, and provincial scheduling, to name a few. These discussions are still ongoing, and we are hopeful more progress is achievable on our upcoming dates on December 6, 7 & 8. We will update you following those dates.
Conversations regarding monetary proposals, or proposals that have costs associated with them, including benefits and other entitlements, have not been discussed and will not be discussed until further discussion regarding the non-monetary proposals has occurred.
As mentioned in our previous bargaining update, we are conducting another workload survey targeted at specific departments where we hear consistent concerns about workload. Please watch your email for the arrival of our workload survey.
If you have any questions for your bargaining committee, please email icbcbarg@moveuptogether.ca.
