CUPE BC & Locals – Tentative Agreement Reached & Ratification Meeting Details

To: MoveUP members with CUPE BC & Locals
Your bargaining committee reached a tentative collective agreement with your employer, CUPE BC & Locals on July 15, 2022.
Highlights of the tentative agreement include:
- One year agreement, $1.50\HR wage increase (between 4-5%) retroactive to January 1, 2022
- Telecommuting Agreement
- Enhanced Leave Entitlements (Bargaining Committee Leave, Bereavement Leave, Quarantine Leave)
- Increased Holiday Shutdown Leave
- Increases to EHB (Osteo\naturopathy Increase to $1000.00, Psychology Increase to $1500.00)
- Increased Work Hour Pilot, member opt-in
Your bargaining committee is recommending ratification of the tentative collective agreement.
We will be holding a meeting in order to review the tentative agreement (MOA) with you. We have coordinated that members will be off work from 3 p.m onwards.

How you vote

If you haven’t already registered for your account, you will need your membership number and home email address and then click here. If you do not know your membership number please email membership and they will assist you with this. If you are not registered on the member portal prior to the vote opening, you will not be eligible to vote.

Voting closes: Monday, July 25, 2022, 4:30 p.m.
