BCH & Powertech – Bargaining Survey Review

To: All MoveUP members at BCH
Your bargaining committee met on March 21 and 22 to review the bargaining survey that our members filled out and submitted to us.
We are using the information collected from the survey, as well as speaking directly to your job stewards, to guide us in writing our proposals to your employer.
We will separate our proposals into two categories: monetary issues and non-monetary issues.
We are scheduled to meet with your bargaining committee again on March 30, 31, and April 1 to finalize the Unions proposals.
We would like to remind you to make sure you register on our MoveUP Member Portal if you have not yet already done so. All ratification voting for the collective agreement will be conducted on the Member Portal, so it is important for you to ensure you have an active profile. We will not be issuing any paper voting ballots.
