MoveUP Convention – How to get the Convention app

To: All MoveUP Convention delegates
Dear Convention Delegates,
We hope you are looking forward to our 2021 Convention! As a reminder, our Convention this year takes place from October 28 to 30 at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver with caucus meetings taking place the day before on October 27.
At this year’s convention we are making your convention materials much easier to access with a one-stop-shop and early access to all your convention documents — in fact, we encourage you to read ahead.
You will be receiving an invitation on October 6 from MoveUP via our Convention app called EventMobi. This email will invite you to download the app and join our event. Each invitation is unique to each delegate, so please do not share your invitation with anyone else. The email will come from moveup@event-emails.com so please make sure to add this to your safe senders list.
Once you receive this invitation, you will be prompted to create a profile and you will have access to the Convention agenda. We ask all delegates to create a profile. As documents and other materials are added, you will be able to view them in the app. The app will also send alerts to you whenever there are important updates.
You will be able to access the Convention app either through a web browser, or on your mobile device.
Attached with this bulletin is a “Cheat-Sheet” to review for using EventMobi.
