Colleen Arboit retires after 36 years of service to U.A. Local 170

Colleen began her second job out of high school in 1976 as a summer relief worker at U. A. Local 170. Now, 36 years later, she’s retiring and looking to the future.

During her career at U. A. Local 170 she worked her way up from a junior clerk to secretary, and worked in nearly every capacity in the union office. She supported at least six business managers and became known throughout the membership for her amazing memory.

Colleen will be missed by her colleagues, and her brothers and sisters at MoveUP. Our best wishes to Colleen in her retirement.

Opinion: Slashing WAGE funding isn’t just a budget decision; it’s a betrayal of survivors and the people who serve them
