Your help needed in Abbotsford-Mission

As you know, a big provincial by-election is set to take place on September 26 in the Abbotsford-Mission riding.

The BC NDP’s Pam Alexis is looking to reclaim her seat after losing in the last general election, and she will be going up against the new leader of the BC Conservatives, Kerry-Lynne Findlay.

All of us recognize the harmful and destructive rhetoric that has fueled the BC Conservative leader, and the huge collapse of support for the BC Conservatives in the public, and even with many of their MLAs leaving the party, is indicative of that.

We can’t afford to allow them any form of momentum by having Findlay elected.

We hope you can find some time to support Pam Alexis’ team as a volunteer.

They are seeking volunteers to do phone banking, door knocking, to drop leaflets, and to act as scrutineers.

Volunteers are especially needed for from September 18 through to E-day on September 26.
