Why we give to the United Way

To: All MoveUP members at ICBC
Our 46th Annual ICBC MoveUP United Way campaign is headed into its final week.
It makes me proud to be part of the annual United Way campaign at ICBC because, each year, I am reminded just how much we care about each other and care about our communities and 2020 is no different. ICBC staff are acutely aware that this year has been a very tough one for many people and your generous contributions to the United Way will help them continue to support the most vulnerable in our society.
With less than a week to go, I’m asking for your help to make a difference to the lives of people in your local community. Our 2020 Employee Giving Campaign ends on Wednesday, October 28, but there’s still plenty of opportunity for you to show your local love.
Your campaign team has assembled some many amazing prizes– and all it takes is a $1 donation to be eligible to win! Of course, I hope you consider donating a little more than a dollar, but as we have said many times, every little bit helps. Next week, 21 regional draws will take place in addition to the remaining provincial prize draws. Don’t miss your chance to enter and to support the United Way.
