Bargaining Date Set
We write to let you know that the parties have set our first date to begin bargaining the renewal of the collective agreement. We have agreed to meet on Thursday, April 8, 2021, where we will discuss the protocol agreement and likely begin by exchanging proposals.
During this meeting as well, we will likely set some other dates in April to continue our bargaining sessions.
Please note, your current collective agreement is set to expire on April 30, 2021, however your collective agreement contains a “continuation clause”, which means that all the terms and conditions of the collective agreement remain in force until such time as a new collective agreement is reached.
We will keep you apprised as things develop.
