NOTICE OF POLL
Your union, in conjunction with the Boilermakers Local 191 and all other unions at Victoria Shipyards, have called the following meeting to report on the state of negotiations.
DATE: Thursday, March 24, 2022
TIME: Information sessions are scheduled as follows:
1:00pm to 2:30pm – OR – 4:30pm to 6:00pm
Members wishing to vote, and not attend an information session, are able to attend at any time between the hours of 1:00pm and 6:00pm.
PLACE: Da Vinci Center, 195 Bay Street, Victoria
At this meeting you will be asked to vote on taking strike action. The question on the ballot is:
“Are you in favour of a strike?”
This meeting is extremely important and we need your support. Please make every effort to attend and participate in this vote.
