To: MoveUP Members at Victoria Shipyards
Ballots cast by MoveUP members were counted on April 13, 2022 by the MoveUP Returning Officer. The results are as follows:
Accept Proposed Terms of Settlement: 10
Reject Proposed Terms of Settlement: 0
Spoiled Ballots: 0
Total Ballots Cast: 10
Our results were forwarded to the bargaining committee at Boilermakers Lodge 191. The ratification ballots for all unions at Victoria Shipyards were counted at the UA 324 Hall on April 14, 2022. The total results, including MoveUP members, were a rejection of the tentative agreement.

Spoiled Ballots: 1
Total Ballots Cast: 678
