Victoria Shipyards – Ratification Meeting and Online Voting Instructions

We have scheduled an information meeting to review and discuss the Memorandum of Agreement with you. Details for the meeting are listed below:

Time: 5:30 p.m.
A link to the Zoom meeting will be sent to your home email. If you do not receive the email, contact Shelley Martin at smartin@moveuptogether.ca
Online voting
After the ratification meeting, electronic voting will take place. Details of the vote are as follows:
Voting opens: Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 8:00 a.m.
Voting closes: Friday, April 29, 2022 at 12 noon
How you vote
To vote, simply log in to the member portal and you will see the option to vote on the screen.
If you are having difficulty signing into the member portal, please email membership@moveuptogether.ca. If you haven’t already registered for your account, you will need your membership number and home email address and then click here. If you do not know your membership number please email membership and they will assist you with this.
You must be registered for the member portal PRIOR to the vote opening or you will not be eligible to vote.
If you have any questions regarding the Memorandum of Settlement, I will be happy to answer them at the information meeting.
Your bargaining committee is whole-heartedly recommending acceptance of this package.
