VantageOne – Wage Increases and Retroactive Payment

To: MoveUP Members at VantageOne Credit Union
The union has received confirmation from the employer regarding the dates when the wage increases and retroactive pay will be received.
You should see the updated rate paid to you on the February 10, 2021 payroll, which covers the period of January 25 to February 5, 2021.
All retroactive wages, calculated up to January 24, 2021, will be made with your February 24, 2021 payroll. This will include:
2.0% retroactive to December 1, 2019
2.25% retroactive to December 1, 2020
Going forward, you will receive the negotiated wage increases as follows:
2.50% on December 1, 2021
2.75% on December 1, 2022
If you are unsure of whether you are being paid the correct amount when you receive your February 10 paystub, please refer to the 2020 wage scale which you can find here. The full wage table will be included in the collective agreement once it has been finalized.
