VantageOne Credit Union – Variance Notice

To: All MoveUP Members at Vantage One Credit Union
MoveUP submitted an application on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 to the BC Labour Relations Board to include workers at the Armstrong branch office into our current certification. We are very excited about this development.
All non-management employees at the Armstrong branch office will have a chance to vote to join MoveUP next Monday. If the results of the vote are successful, the members will officially join MoveUP and will be included in our certification with the employer. I will keep you informed once we receive an update from the Board. Please contact me if you have any questions. We look forward to welcoming these new members into our growing bargaining unit.
