VantageOne Credit Union – Returning to Mediation

To: All MoveUP members at VantageOne Credit Union
Before everyone takes a well deserved break for the holiday season, we wanted to let you know that your union and your employer have agreed to return to the bargaining table. Your union is optimistic that with the assistance of a mediator from the Labour Relations Board, the parties will be able to achieve a fair collective agreement. We currently have January 7, 2021 booked for mediation and will schedule more dates if required.
You all showed up and poured your full support into the recent job action that we held in the hopes that the employer will recognize that this is not just about money, but protection of the work as well. We thank you very much for the support and resilience you demonstrated during job action.
